Syed A K M Radib

Head of CIE Programme

Mr. Syed Radib is a versatile educator with over 12 years of teaching experience across a range of international curricula including Cambridge, IBDP, WACE, and Edexcel. He has received training and certification from several prestigious organizations, including the International Baccalaureate (IB) Switzerland, Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) UK and School Curriculum and Standard Authority of the Western Australia (SCSA) . He has completed a Leadership Certification course from the University of Illinois, USA.


In his current role as the Head of Secondary School, Radib is responsible for overseeing all aspects of secondary education in the Abdul Kader Molla International School (the only Cambridge and IB authorized school in Narshingdi, Bangladesh), from curriculum development to student assessment and teacher training. He works closely with teachers and staff to ensure that the school is providing high-quality education to its learners, and that it is meeting all the standards set by CAIE.

Radib believes in inclusive education and a holistic ecosystem of educational management that will cater the young learners to meet up the future demand. He is passionate about empowering students to become lifelong learners and to develop the critical thinking and problem-solving skills they will need to succeed in the 21st century.

Radib is also a strong advocate for technology in education and has implemented innovative teaching methods, such as project-based learning and online assessments, in his workplaces. He is dedicated to ensuring that the students receive the highest quality education possible and that they are well-prepared for their future studies and careers.

In addition to his responsibilities, Radib is also involved in the development of teacher training programs and the implementation of school-wide initiatives that promote student engagement and success. He is an active member of the educational community and is always seeking new ways to improve the quality of education for the young learners. His passion and commitment to education are an inspiration to all who work with him and are a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence.
